Guardian Pro
The Guardian Program is available in three optional service packages. This entry level service program includes:

  • Real-time system monitoring for significant deviations from predefined system parameters by an expert engineer
  • Immediate notification in the event of a system malfunction
  • Expert phone support during the first critical phase
  • Direct telephone access to a technical support engineer at the Siemens Service Center
  • All Siemens Remote Service events are logged and reported to the customer on a regular basis
